🛠️ Delivery Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately at admin@zavstyle.com. We'll be happy to help with a replacement or refund.

❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible after purchase.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

📭 Lost Packages

If your package is marked "delivered" but not received:

Confirm your address is correct
Check around your property and with neighbors
Contact the courier using your tracking number

If your package is declared lost, we will offer to reship or refund your order
