Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Please email us immediately at admin@zavstyle.com. After processing begins, changes can no longer be made.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal and major Debit/Credit Cards (MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, and Diners Club) processed securely via PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.

A: All orders ship from the United States.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide via USPS First Class Mail International.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders to United States are processed within 2-5 business days. Please see the Shipping and Delivery page for more details. Processing time order is typically 0-1 business day.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Order Tracking Page to check your package status.

Q: I don't have a PayPal account, can I still pay?
