- How long will it take for my items to arrive?

After ordering a product, you will receive ( 1 to 2 days) a shipping confirmation. To track your order, go to our Order Tracking page and enter your order number. It may take a while update. - How do I know if my order was successful?You will get a successful purchase confirmation email. Next, we will immediately process your order and the tracking number will immediately be updated to your email.
- How do I change an incorrect address?
If you've already completed your purchase but need to make a change to your address or shipping details, please Contact Us as soon as possible to let us know.
If the product has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to your order. If possible, try to collect your item from the address used at checkout. - How do I cancel a purchase?

- I've received a faulty item, what should I do?
